- Not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- The founder price applies to the first 12 months only unless explicitly extended before launch.
Upgrade and downgrade rules
The offer must be operationally simple before launch.
Brief Access users may move directly into the founder Ready+ offer during the eligibility window.
Ready members may upgrade into the founder Ready+ offer if they remain eligible.
Ready+ founder members keep Ready+ access during the first-year founder period while payments remain current.
Downgrades after the founder period should fall back to the normal Ready or Ready+ plans shown at that time.
