Interim privacy notice — correct as of 13 August 2026. This notice covers the current public website. It will be expanded before accounts, the Foundations Check, household plans or member features are opened to invited households.
Information you can choose to send
The current Contact form asks for a name, email address, optional subject and message. Use it only for site or account help, accessibility issues and factual corrections. Do not include passwords, precise location, children’s details, medical information, financial details, document copies, home-security information or other household secrets.
The current WPForms configuration does not provide stored form entries in the WordPress dashboard. A submitted message may still be delivered and handled through email and the site’s email-delivery service.
Technical information
The hosting service, WordPress and services used for security, anti-spam, site statistics and email delivery may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, cookies and security or delivery logs. We use this information to operate, protect and understand the reliability of the site.
Purpose and retention
Contact information is used to respond to the request, manage a correction or accessibility report, and protect the service. Messages and technical records should be kept only for as long as needed for those purposes, security and applicable legal obligations. A documented retention schedule must be approved before the invited member alpha.
Adults and household information
Reliant Forge is adult-account-first. The public site does not currently ask visitors to submit assessment answers or household-plan information. Please do not use the Contact form to send information about children or sensitive household arrangements.
Your requests
Use the Contact page to ask about personal information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. We may need to authenticate a request before providing, changing or erasing information.
Changes to this notice
We will review this notice when the site’s forms, plugins, account journey or data use changes. Material member-data features will not be introduced under this interim notice alone.
